Everyone panicking yet?

In the last 48 hours, Bitcoin has dumped from ~$95,000 to ~$86,000!

Not to mention, the overall cryptocurrency market capitalization has moved from $3.15T to $2.87T - a $28B drop!

So, is this the end of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency? Do we pack our bags and go back to buying Government Bonds and Furby dolls?

No . . . not again! 😂

Per usual with this month, let’s begin with Bitcoin’s movement for February.

Last year, February ended with Bitcoin +43.55 . . . right now we are sitting at -14.02%.

That is 8.51% lower than our previous newsletter! Definitely a jab to the portfolio!

For Bitcoin’s movement, we were recently tracking the descending wedge formation and the bullish pressure that it brings.

We successfully pushed upward out of this formation and Bitcoin began to climb back to $100,000 - for the 100th time!

But there is one thing that we said months ago and it is now becoming a reality . . .

As we can see above, this is before the full chart of what we see today - but we spotted the overextension and knew a pullback must occur!

The “Gold Shaded Area” stated above is the “pullback area” that we know and love today.

We now see how the overextension played out! Highlighted in the purple rectangle, we see what we saw in the 21 December 2024 image.

🧠 Bullish Fact! Pullbacks are healthy in the market! Don’t panic at the sign of a drop in price, look at Bitcoin’s overall price growth!

WHAT TO ANTICIPATE

As we are now heading to the “pullback area”, what could be the potential next steps?

In our opinion, we will see:

1. Bitcoin continuing towards the “pullback area” to fill the gap

2. Followed by bouncing off of support at that price level

3. Then continuing back upwards towards $100,000 and beyond

🧠 We also have to keep in mind, what price range is the pullback area so we may anticipate correctly?

Bitcoin’s pullback area is between $73,822.43 and $81,337.62!

📊 Now to formations . . . are there any that we can anticipate forming?

As we are moving in a downward pattern and have a long dropping candlestick, a bear flag formation is probable.

This formation has drastic downward pressure, which is followed by sideways movement and another drop in value.

👍 Don’t worry! We are anticipating a downward movement and have been since December of last year!

🌍 In a perfect world: We will reach the “pullback area” (or close to it) and continue upward for another all-time high!

We don’t anticipate monumental moves until May - July timeframe this year, so we are on track!

🧠 Don’t Forget! Cryptocurrency is a strategy. You have to be emotionless and anticipate multiple moves. Stay one step ahead!

Apple Invests $500 Billion in US - What About Crypto? This week Apple plans to invest more than $500B in business operations in the United States - to include AI, manufacturing, and engineering! Their CEO, Tim Cook, admitted in 2021 that he privately has invested in cryptocurrency, so there is speculation that Apple will eventually move in that direction. 👀 An extra $500B in crypto could do wonders to the overall price, especially right now!

GameStop the Next Major Bitcoin Hub? Gamestop continues to find different ways to keep its doors open. We experienced the major stock market manipulation that led their stock to reach $483 on the 28 of January in 2021 - never should have happened. 😅 Their next move? Let’s throw $5B of our cash reserves in Bitcoin . . . Is this likely to occur? It may not be the entire $5B, but it is likely to see this move as they don’t want to be the next Blockbuster.

Grayscale Seeking Polkadot ETF Approval! This is the second Polkadot ETF application that has been submitted this year! Earlier this month, 21Shares filed with the SEC to launch their own ETF. Is there a high possibility of this ETF being approved? Potentially, but there are others that may have more of a spotlight at the moment to include: Litecoin, Dogecoin, and XRP!
