Bitcoin was on a roll for a hot minute - then decided to take a break mid-comeback . . .

Even so, we are still optomistic that Bitcoin is planning a move that we all have been waiting for!

  • Overall Market Capitalization = $3.15T

    • (100B decrease since Wednesday)

  • Bitcoin Market Capitalization = $1.85T

    • (70B decrease since Wednesday)

  • Bitcoin’s Current ROI in December = -0.84%

We have had a small “hiccup” in the market, with uncertainty that continues.

We must keep in mind; this is a critical time for Bitcoin as a dramatic drop in price will end the bull market!

📊 BITCOIN’S DAILY MOVEMENT

Bitcoin’s bullish cup and handle formation was more successful than originally planned!

On the 4th of December - our projected date from the 29th of November - Bitcoin had a quick rush to $99,000 . . . yes, you heard that right!

Let’s take a look below and see how Bitcoin went from that price spike to now being on the verge of a drop below $88,472.61.

With Bitcoin’s flash spike in price, it broke through resistance at $93,123.16, $95,052.66, and $97,995.63!

Unfortunately, this was short-lived and Bitcoin is now back down below resistance at $92,064.05.

Could this spike in momentum turned the turntables (something like that) for the psychology in the market?

🧠 MARKET PSYCHOLOGY

Even with the price spike and as we consolidate sideways, we have seen a slight uptick in bearish pressure from Wednesday’s newsletter:

  • Short (bearish) traders = 51.06%

  • Long (bullish) traders = 48.94%

If Bitcoin decides to follow the upward support that will lead to resistance at $92,064.05 - we anticipate a shift in psychlogy by the 12th of December!

So . . . where do we go from here?

 

🔮 WHAT TO ANTICIPATE

As stated in Wednesday’s newsletter . . .

“With Bitcoin hitting major resistance at $93,123.16, it could only be a matter of time before we push back below $92,064.05 and head towards $88,472.61.”

It appears Bitcoin has chosen violence as it went with last Wednesday’s potential bearish scenario.

📈 BULLISH SCENARIO

If Bitcoin follows ascending support, these are the key dates that we have:

  • Resistance at $92,064.05 by the 12th of December

  • Resistance at $93,123.16 by the 14th of December

  • Resistance at $97,995.63 by the 22nd of December

The dates could fluctuate, but it shows us a smooth upward momentum that will lead to the main objective that is $100,000!

📉 BEARISH SCENARIO

We have seen how fast Bitcoin can move upward . . . and we have definitely seen the same enthusiasm as it moves downward.

Right now, the only thing keeping us from being fully bearish is $88,472.61. This level is imperative for Bitcoin to hold . . . we are begging at this point!

As we’ve said, “This is Bitcoin’s “do or die” moment. If $88,472.61 breaks, it is highly anticipated that we say “hello” to $85,938.76 . . . once again.”

👀 WATCH FOR THIS NEXT

Keep an eye on how Bitcoin moves in the next 48 hours. There must be a spike in price to ~$90,200 for the ascending support to hold.

However, over the next 7 days Bitcoin must reach ~92,800 to test a major resistance level!
